Common questions
What happens after the 60-day trial?
If you've added a payment method, your Growth subscription auto-starts at ₹1,499/mo. If not, your workspace drops to the Free plan with its smaller limits — your data stays put, you just lose access to Growth-only features like campaigns and loyalty.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The trial requires nothing. You only enter payment details when you subscribe at the end of the trial (or any earlier upgrade).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What about GST?
Prices include GST. You can add your business GSTIN in Settings → Workspace; future invoices will reflect it.
